- Parenting classes that cover topics such as positive discipline, communicating with your child, baby care, child development, anger and stress management and dealing with special needs children.
- FOCUS program, which provides information and support to new mothers.
- Telephone referrals to community resources.
- School programs that teach children how to recognize and protect themselves from becoming victims.
- Community education programs that help parents and teachers better understand child abuse and how to prevent it.
- Programs and lectures for civic, church and community groups.
